Sheet metal rolling

Rolling is a method of forming sheet metal into soft, round profiles, but also to make it thinner or stronger.

Rolling sheet metal - how it works

Sheet metal rolling is a method of shaping and processing sheet metal by pressing it between two rotating rollers. Rolling is of course often used to simply make sheet metal thinner, wider or longer, but can also be used to create specific shapes or curves: giving sheet metal the right profile. We have a large cold rolling mill, a Rondo PS-310, which rolls most sheet dimensions up to 2500 mm wide and 12 mm thick, depending on the characteristics of the sheet. Minimum rolling diameter 350 mm.

We manufacture, among other things:

  • cylinders
  • cones

Sheet metal rolling is a very precise method of processing metal and often requires high quality sheet metal to achieve the best results. Thanks to the high precision and power of rolling, it is a very important technique for many industries that manufacture metal products.
