Materials and dimensions

We can laser cut this:

One of our main strengths when it comes to laser cutting sheet metal is our versatility. We can laser cut materials such as:

  • steel sheet
  • stainless steel
  • aluminium in different alloys
  • copper and brass
  • magnelis
  • aluzinc
  • hot-dip and electro-galvanised sheet metal

Our machines can handle sheets up to 2000 x 4000 mm in size.

  • possibility of unmanned driving

How laser cutting works

  1. The plate is placed in the laser machine.
  2. In the machine, the material is hit by a high-intensity laser beam that is regulated by computer control to cut out shapes with high accuracy.
  3. The laser beam heats the sheet until it melts and then cuts it to the customer's specifications.

Machinery with modern technologies

We offer laser cutting for both small and medium-sized series, as well as other work where laser cutting of sheet metal is included as a step in the manufacturing process. Thanks to our short set-up times and modern machinery, we can meet our customers' requirements quickly and efficiently. We have three laser machines in our fleet - with power ranging from 6.0 to 12.0 kW - that can handle sheet formats of up to 2000 x 4000 mm.

Fibre laser for high precision and speed

One of our more recent additions to the machine park is a fibre laser, which has many advantages when laser cutting thinner sheet metal, such as stainless steel, brass and copper. This machine has a 15-seat material tower, each with a capacity of three tonnes, which allows us to carry out unmanned production and thus streamline work.

In 2024, we acquired a new laser machine from Bystronic. It has a 12 kW fibre laser 4020 with a ByTrans Extended, which allows us to perform unmanned operation. The machine's mixed gas system also allows us to cut faster and still achieve the same fine cut results as with oxygen cutting, while retaining the advantages that nitrogen offers.
