PREPARATION

In consultation with our customers we make any production adjustments that are necessary and, where appropriate, any rationalisations to the products themselves. We can also, on request, produce design solutions based on our customers’ own sketches or specifications. To assist and support us in this work, we use AutoCAD and 3D-CAD (Pro/Engineer) software.

The electrical cabinet shown here has passed through our entire production chain – from initial design solution in Pro/Engineer to fully finished product. The various stages in the production process include laser cutting, edge-pressing, welding, grinding, polishing and assembly. We can also cold-form corners of hatches and doors as an alternative to edge-pressing and welding.
